Founding Partners
Nicolás Mc Carthy and Patricio Leiva are the founding partners (together with Felipe Salas) of Rapaz Burgers. Coming from the corporate and government worlds, we decided to take a chance on the food industry in 2019 with Galpón Italia, a bar-restaurant in Barrio Italia, Providencia. Because of the concept, we were invited to join MUT with a burger joint we gave a street-style, 80s-inspired vibe. We aim to serve a real smash burger made with natural, simple ingredients that let the flavor of every burger shine.
